Testosterone

Decreased abnormal sperm 0.76 to 0.6-fold Two further scientific studies of Cistanche in rats have observed increased blood concentrations of luteinizing hormone. In men, luteinizing hormone stimulates Leydig cells in the testes to produce testosterone. This acts to support sperm production.

TURKESTERONE OUTPERFORMED ANABOLIC STEROIDS IN A RODENT STUDY

A 10-day rodent study from the year 2000 compared the anabolic effects of turkesterone with Anabol and Dianabol (anabolic steroids). The study showed that rodents experienced greater increases in weight and muscle from turkesterone than from Dianabol or Anabol. This is remarkable considering that Dianabol and Anabol are potent anabolic steroids that bodybuilders have used for decades. Moreover, turkesterone did not cause any adverse side effects on the endocrine system.

How to use

DOSAGE

Take two 250mg capsules of Tongkat Ali, one 500mg capsule of Turkesterone and one 400mg capsule of Fadogia daily, ideally in the morning. Take two 200mg capsules of Cistanche daily, ideally in the morning.
2-3 month cycle

Take a two week break every 2-3 months for optimum results. This helps to make sure that the supplements work as effectively as possible in the body.
WITH OR WITHOUT FOOD

It's usually best to take Tongkat Ali with food in the morning. Some individuals feel nauseous when taking Tongkat Ali on an empty stomach due to quick absorption or gastrointestinal irritation.
Turkesterone, Fadogia and Cistanche can be taken with food or on an empty stomach. However, the impact of food on supplement absorption is often unpredictable as different compounds within food can interact with the supplement in different ways. On the other hand, taking them with food will slow absorption, which can be beneficial if you want the effects to kick in slower or if you experience nausea when taking the supplement on an empty stomach.

Does Tongkat Ali cause hair loss and increase DHT levels?

Human studies of Tongkat Ali have not observed any hair loss in hundreds of participants. However, there is mixed research on whether Tongkat Ali increases DHT. Some studies indicate that Tongkat Ali blocks an enzyme responsible for converting testosterone into DHT, whereas some studies show an increase in DHT. You can always use a DHT blocker like Saw Palmetto which is available on our website.
