Nattokinase is currently being studied as an effective way to dissolve fibrin and thrombus (blood clots) in study animals (usually rats) as well as in humans. As someone who has suffered and endured more DVTs (Deep Venous Thrombosis) than can be counted across a couple decades and suffers from virtually all the possible complex complications stemming from multiple complete occlusions (including Post Thrombotic Syndrome (PTS), May Thurner Syndrome (MTS), Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI), chronic lymphedema and veins that have become destroyed from too many years of warfarin therapy - never again, no matter what, my body simply cannot tolerate the inflammation from warfarin anymore...) finding an effective way to both PREVENT as well as DISSOLVE blood clots is vital for my quality of life.
The many medical professionals I have consulted over the years never explained a basic concept to me - today's oral anti-coagulation therapies are ONLY designed to "prevent" further DVT (which is really ironic considering I always develop extensive new clotting while on warfarin therapy!) There are NO oral medications for "dissolving" existing blood clots OR fibrin which is vital to preventing further complications such as those from which I suffer and have endured. I absolutely love this nattokinase I believe everyone should be taking it. It could literally save your life!!! The nattozymes will dissolve a blood clot on contact!! It was discovered by accident several years ago buy Japanese scientist who is studying blood clots and he was eating this nattokinase fermented soybean stuff the Japanese eat in some of that nattokinase dropped accidentally onto the blood clot in the petri dish and after a little while it dissolved it so that led to the study oven that has arms and blood clots!!! Stroke and bloodclot beater, should be on the NHS. Keep blood clots away and you will not get a stroke. This eats bloodclots so take a good 10 day course from time to time.
Hey Doc, i take Nattokinase, but not only because of cholesterol or high blood pressure problems. Nattokinase set me free from my chronic blocked nose and nasal drip down, which caused the effect that i felt like there was a table-tennis ball in my throat while i was swallowing. i was not able to sleep without nasal drops every night since 2 years. Nattokinase set me free from this. Serraptese didn't work by me
Ive been eating natto regularly for a while now and noticed the plaque on my teeth is starting to just flake off. The same plaque that builds up in arteries so I can see this does work.
I had a moderate to high calcium score result. I took the test because I was having heart palpitations & my doctor suggested it (among many other tests) I started taking Nattokinase 3 weeks ago (200 mg daily on en empty stomach) My heart palpitations are gone. It can be coincidence or placebo. Who cares. I know what I feel. I will continue taking it and will compare it with other markers such as blood pressure. Mine is being controlled with meds right now but my goal is to stop taking that medication as well. Even though I have some degree of heart disease, I will NOT take statins. EVER.
Been on Natto/nattokinese for a while now. My angiogram went from 50% occlusion to 30% in a short time. My calcium score went from 283 to 153 in a year. My cardiologist said he has never seen that before. It works. I will do annother calcium score in February to see if it goes lower. Diet and exercise too.
I have a hereditary condition called genetic Haemochromatosis. In other words I overload with iron from whatever I eat or drink. I am monitored carefully and last year my red blood cell count became very high and this is dangerous. I was at imminent risk of heart attack and stroke.
