I have had problems sleeping for too long to remember, I've tried just about everything including prescription meds, nothing helped, but these tablets do the trick. And they are quick acting, most meds you take they tell you it'll take 30 days for them to get into your system. Not these they seem to take affect immediately, will for sure be buying more. I can now get some rest at night.

When I took it, after a short while it felt as if I was just living in the moment. Nothing really bothered me while on ashwagandha and as easy as it was to get on the pills, however I felt no drawbacks getting off. Slight change in mood but effective imo for people similar to me who have problems controlling their “minds” emotions not per say my actions if that makes sense.

I have real bad anxiety that in stressful situations it’s worst! so after considering getting on ssri and anxiolytic I decided meds will not be for me due to all the side effects I don’t wanna deal with! Anyway my mom recommended I take these and ever since I started taking them I am able to manage my anxiety I take it right bf I go to work and sometimes when I’m home and I feel a little off! I really love them they work instantly just give them a few days after you start using them to take effect!

Idk if it's because I'm fasting but I used it to not be as overcome with negativity to the point of hysterics. I still get it but I feel more at peace and calm down easier, if that makes sense. I chose a low dose because I'm trying not to completely numb my feelings. But overall I like it. When I come off my fast, I'll do an update if I remember. But I plan on taking after running out. Only used for about a weej
