Please notify us within 30 days of payment if your order has not arrived. This rarely happens but from time to time a delivery partner can lose orders. By getting in touch within 30 days, we can arrange for a re-send.
Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if there is a problem with your order. For example: You have been sent the incorrect products or quantities. On these occasions we do ask that you provide images of everything you have received.
Please note, Natural Foundation can only ship to the address you provide at checkout. If the wrong address is entered your order will likely be returned to us at which one point we can re-send your order if you can cover the shipping fee. Otherwise we will refund your order when the product is returned. If an invalid address is provided we withhold the right to pass on any additional costs to the customer. For example: shipping and return costs.
For international orders, you may have to pay import duties. If you refuse to do this, you will not be refunded for the cost of the shipping.
If you refuse delivery or ask for the parcel to be returned for a refund, you may also be subject to additional charges by the shipper courier.
