Omega-3 fatty acids are primarily found in fish, seafood, and some plant sources. The two main types of Omega-3 fatty acids are EPA and DHA.
DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. DHA and EPA also contribute to the maintenance of normal blood pressure and to the normal function of the heart.
