I have been using it for 20 days now I guess and I feel a bit better in general although I expected more but maybe I need more time to see the real results. I will order again and use for 3 months in a row at least to see how does this works on a longer term.
I also started Fitness so I hope that will help in my testosterone journey. The only issue I would say is sleep as my sleep is not regular for the moment.
